Ola Electric is redefining mobility through vertically integrated EV manufacturing, direct-to-consumer distribution, and technology-led retail execution. The company is building India’s largest EV retail and service ecosystem with speed, scale, and operational excellence.

Role Summary

The Regional Manager will lead end-to-end regional operations including Sales, Service, Network Expansion, and Profitability. This role carries full regional P&L ownership and is responsible for scaling large multi-city retail and service networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own complete regional P&L including revenue, margin, cost control, and working capital.
  • Drive multi-region sales, retail operations, and service excellence.
  • Scale dealership / COCO retail network across cities and micro-markets.
  • Lead Area Managers, and cross-functional regional teams across sales and after sales.
  • Improve store productivity, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Ensure operational rigor through SOP implementation and KPI dashboards.
  • Collaborate with central teams (Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, HR) for seamless execution.
  • Drive rapid expansion while maintaining unit economics and operational discipline.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 10–13 years of multi-region leadership experience in Sales / Operations / Service.
  • Strong experience managing large dealership or retail ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of scaling regional networks with full P&L accountability.
  • Tier 1/2 MBA preferred with rapid career progression.
  • Background from Automotive (2W/4W/EV), Retail, Telecom or Banking sectors.
  • Strong cross-functional exposure and data-driven decision-making ability.
