As Head of Recruitment and Admissions Analytics, you will spearhead the analytical strategy across the entire pre-enrolment lifecycle—from lead generation to offer acceptance. You will deliver targeted insights, predictive models, and data solutions that directly optimize applicant conversion, pipeline efficiency, and enrolment outcomes. By aligning analytics with recruitment and admissions goals, you will ensure data-driven decision-making that enhances enrolment performance.

As Head of Recruitment and Admissions Analytics, you will spearhead the analytical strategy across the entire pre-enrolment lifecycle—from lead generation to offer acceptance. You will deliver targeted insights, predictive models, and data solutions that directly optimize applicant conversion, pipeline efficiency, and enrolment outcomes. By aligning analytics with recruitment and admissions goals, you will ensure data-driven decision-making that enhances enrolment performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a pre-enrolment analytics roadmap, embedding a data-driven approach to applicant conversion and intake management.
- Design metrics and dashboards tracking lead acquisition, conversion rates, and admissions efficiency, delivering actionable insights to improve recruitment outcomes.
- Architect Azure-based data pipelines that integrate lead and applicant data, ensuring scalability and security.
- Implement governance for applicant data, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with enrolment KPIs.
- Collaborate with recruitment and admissions teams, translating insights into actionable strategies that enhance applicant conversion.
- Lead a specialized analytics team, fostering innovation in pre-enrolment data analysis.
- Pre-Enrolment Analytics: Deep understanding of the applicant journey and recruitment KPIs.
- Recruitment Insight Generation: Proven ability to deliver insights tied to conversion, admissions timelines, and offer acceptance.
- Recruitment Data Architecture: Expertise in building and optimizing Azure-based pipelines for applicant data.
- Data Governance: Strong ability to ensure data quality and compliance in the enrolment context.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Effective partnership with recruitment teams to align analytics with enrolment targets.
- Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead a team delivering recruitment-focused analytical solutions.
