As Head of Recruitment and Admissions Analytics, you will spearhead the analytical strategy across the entire pre-enrolment lifecycle—from lead generation to offer acceptance. You will deliver targeted insights, predictive models, and data solutions that directly optimize applicant conversion, pipeline efficiency, and enrolment outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a pre-enrolment analytics roadmap, embedding a data-driven approach to applicant conversion and intake management.
• Design metrics and dashboards tracking lead acquisition, conversion rates, and admissions efficiency, delivering actionable insights to improve recruitment outcomes.
• Architect Azure-based data pipelines that integrate lead and applicant data, ensuring scalability and security.
• Implement governance for applicant data, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with enrolment KPIs.
