About the Company

We are looking for an experienced Head of Products to lead the organization's product function and drive the successful execution of product strategy. The successful candidate will manage a team of 7–8 Product Managers and work closely with the Head of Engineering to transform product ideas into successful market-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the organization's product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 7–8 Product Managers.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Engineering to ensure efficient product delivery.
• Translate business objectives and customer needs into innovative products and features.
• Prioritize product initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and market opportunities.
• Drive the complete product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous improvement.
• Establish product management best practices, governance, and performance metrics.
• Engage with executive leadership and key stakeholders to align product strategy with business goals.
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in Product Management, including leadership of product teams.
• Proven experience managing multiple Product Managers in a technology-driven organization.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with engineering leadership to deliver innovative products.
• Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital or technology products.
