Head of Product

As Head Product , you will architect and scale the Preventive Health Operating System (PHOS): the digital backbone that connects diagnostics, clinical interpretation, care pathways, institutional programs, data intelligence, and automation across the full journey.

Individual shall be navigating through consumer product, enterprise platforms, clinical systems, and AI-driven intelligence..

You will design the operating system for preventive healthcare at national scale - shaping how millions move from awareness to measurable health improvement.

Experience:

Someone who has worked as a Product leader with healthcare consumer + platform experience, strong systems thinking, ability to translate clinical logic into scalable tech and consumer centric products, and comfort working with ops-heavy environments

One who has built and scaled complex platforms across consumer and B2B surfaces

● Experience in healthcare, health-tech, fintech, marketplaces, or regulated ecosystems preferred

● Strong systems thinker - able to connect growth loops, operational constraints, and clinical logic ● Comfortable translating clinical logic into intuitive, scalable technology and consumer journeys

● Experienced in leading PMs, designers, analysts, and cross-functional engineering teams
