Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities 


  • Develop, review, and finalize contractual terms and conditions; draft and manage a wide range of contracts including Prime Contracts and Subcontracts such as PMC, EPCM, LSTK, Licensing, Detailed Engineering, and Service Agreements. 
  • Support contract evaluation, negotiations, and award processes in coordination with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Administer contracts and lead resolution of contractual issues, claims, and disputes. 
  • Monitor contracts throughout their lifecycle, including execution, amendments, extensions, renewals, and close-out. 
  • Coordinate closely with project teams, legal, finance, and other stakeholders on all contract-related matters. 
  • Communicate and present contractual information, risks, and recommendations to management and key stakeholders. 
  • Develop, standardize, and maintain master templates and approved terms and conditions aligned with company policies. 
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors. 
  • Review and certify payment authorization requests from concerned departments, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions. 

 

Qualifications & Experience 


  • Full-time B. Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering from a reputed institution. 
  • PMP or other recognized Project Management certifications preferred. 
  • 15 to 18 years of experience in Contracts Management and Project Procurement. 
  • Proven experience in Chemical, Petrochemical, or Fertilizer plant projects, with strong exposure to contract management and procurement for overseas projects, particularly in GCC countries, from Client or PMC organizations. 
  • Sound knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions. 
  • Strong technical, commercial, and negotiation competencies, with the ability to manage complex, high-value contracts.
