About the Role

We're seeking a Head of Payroll & Compliance to lead our global payroll strategy and ensure operational excellence across payroll, tax, and employment compliance. This leadership role will oversee payroll governance, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to support global workforce operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global payroll operations across multiple countries.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Develop payroll governance frameworks and scalable compliance processes.
• Monitor global regulatory changes and implement proactive compliance strategies.
• Partner with Product, Finance, Legal, and HR teams to enhance payroll and compliance solutions.
• Drive payroll process optimization through automation and AI-enabled workflows.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing payroll and compliance team.
• Support enterprise clients with payroll and workforce governance best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in global payroll, employment compliance, or workforce operations.
• Strong understanding of international payroll, taxation, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
• Experience managing multi-country payroll operations.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with global payroll platforms or HR technology solutions is preferred.
