Job Summary
The Head – Media is responsible for leading and overseeing the ministry’s complete media operations including digital media, television, social media, content production, creative communication, live streaming, branding, and media outreach initiatives. The role focuses on expanding ministry impact through strategic media planning, innovative content creation, digital engagement, and effective communication aligned with ministry vision and values.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee all media operations including , digital media, social media, creative production, and communication initiatives.
- Develop and implement media strategies to enhance ministry visibility, outreach, engagement, and brand presence.
- Supervise media production including video shoots, live streaming, editing, photography, graphic design, and promotional campaigns.
- Oversee creation of spiritual, promotional, testimonial, event, and ministry-related content across platforms.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives including social media campaigns, YouTube growth, online engagement, and audience development.
- Ensure consistent ministry branding, messaging, visual identity, and communication standards across all channels.
- Coordinate with Events, Partner Services, Prayer Towers, IT, and other departments for integrated media support.
- Manage television programs, online broadcasts, ministry advertisements, and communication campaigns.
- Oversee website content, digital communication platforms, and media technology infrastructure.
- Analyze media performance, audience engagement metrics, campaign effectiveness, and digital growth trends.
- Develop partnerships with media agencies, production vendors, broadcasters, influencers, and communication partners.
- Lead media planning for ministry events, conferences, outreach meetings, and special programs.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative and media outputs within deadlines and budgets.
- Manage media budgets, production schedules, vendor coordination, and operational planning.
- Lead, mentor, and develop media teams including producers, editors, designers, content creators, and technical staff.
- Stay updated with latest media trends, digital technologies, communication tools, and audience behavior.
- Strong leadership and strategic media management skills.
- Expertise in digital media, branding, content strategy, and communication.
- Knowledge of video production, live streaming, social media, and digital marketing.
- Excellent creative direction and storytelling abilities.
- Strong project management and team leadership skills.
- Ability to manage large-scale media operations and multiple projects simultaneously.
