This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Marketing located in Jammu.

Role Description

The Head of Marketing will lead the marketing strategy, oversee market planning, manage marketing operations, and conduct market research to identify growth opportunities. The role will also involve coordinating with other teams, building brand presence, overseeing public relations activities, and ensuring consistent brand messaging in alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Market Planning, Marketing Management, and crafting comprehensive marketing strategies
• Strong skills in conducting Market Research to identify consumer needs, trends, and market opportunities
• Proficiency in managing Public Relations and creating strong brand relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Demonstrated success in leading marketing teams and campaigns, ideally within the automotive industry
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
