How can you make an impact?


  • The core purpose is to create, sustain and improve the brand value of Ashiana Housing across platforms.
  • Lead and manage PR, social, digital media and vendor management.
  • Work on category building & enhancing awareness for new location (s)/project via customized outreach programs.
  • Will be accountable for budget, lead generation, website management, organic reach and other programs (Smiles, Supermoms etc).
  • Shall be responsible for hiring, coaching & building a team and lead people with purpose,
  • Will be accountable for getting qualified leads which would improve SV conversion while optimising spends.
  • Work on brand building (LinkedIn) to get right candidates for hiring mandates.


What are we looking for?

  • A relevant work experience of minimum 12 yrs + with Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong command over organic reach, digital marketing (SEO, PPC, Google Ads,) and social media strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data, adapt strategies, and drive long-term brand growth in a competitive landscape.
  • Constantly seek to learn and find ways to keep yourself updated,
  • Believe in excellence and taking action quickly,
  • Skill in managing marketing budgets, tracking lead generation metrics, and ensuring cost-effective campaigns
