This is a full-time hybrid role for the Head of Marketing, based in Chennai, with opportunities to work from home. Responsibilities include overseeing the marketing strategy and execution, leading market research efforts, and developing strategic marketing plans to align with business goals. The role involves managing marketing operations, guiding teams, building campaigns, driving sales efforts, and ensuring brand alignment in all public-facing communications and public relations initiatives. The Head of Marketing will play a pivotal role in increasing brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

• Proficiency in Market Planning and Marketing Management
• Experience in conducting Market Research to identify trends and opportunities
• Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Public Relations
• Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze marketing metrics and adjust strategies
• Experience with digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
