Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Maintenance at Sandhar Technologies Ltd., located in Nalagarh. The Head of Maintenance will be responsible for overseeing and managing maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment. This individual will also develop and implement maintenance strategies, coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, and manage a team to achieve high levels of efficiency and productivity. Ensuring compliance with safety standards and optimizing maintenance protocols will also be critical aspects of this role. Qualifications Proficiency in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair practices Strong capabilities in Maintenance Management and overseeing daily maintenance activities Experience in leadership, including Team Management and coordination of diverse operational teams Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to implement efficient maintenance solutions Bachelor?s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field Relevant experience in the automotive manufacturing industry and knowledge of safety regulations PLC, Trouble Shooting,RRobo Maintenance,
