Job Responsibilities:
Identify, analyze, and prioritize change requests, gaps, and enhancement requirements in CKH-managed applications to ensure continuous improvement aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with Product teams and participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) discussions to propose, review, and secure approval for application enhancements.
Review, validate, and approve Business Requirement Specification (BRS) documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business needs.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate functionality, usability, and performance, and approve releases for production deployment.
Ensure timely validation, approval, and governance of legal content including Acts, Rules, and Notifications across relevant applications and repositories.
Coordinate with Legal Consulting teams to manage updates, amendments, additions, and deactivations in line with regulatory changes.
Identify, mitigate, and manage risks related to legal content, system performance, and data security while ensuring audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
Lead, mentor, and develop the Legal Tech / Knowledge Management team by defining roles, KPIs, and conducting training programs.
Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders, driving strategic alignment and cross-functional collaboration across Legal, Technology, Product, and Operations teams.
Adherence to ISMS standards, data security policies, and procedures
Qualificaitons
- Strong expertise in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance.
- In-depth understanding of Regulations and Legal Compliance across multiple domains such as labour, industrial, fiscal, corporate, and environmental laws.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex regulatory concepts clearly to diverse clients.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Law, Compliance
- High integrity, sound judgment, and a structured approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-evolving regulatory environment.
