Role Description

As Head of Investor Relations, you will lead communication efforts between the organization and its investors, ensuring transparency, alignment, and effective relationship management. You will develop strategic messaging for stakeholders, prepare financial reports, manage investor meetings, and respond to inquiries from analysts and shareholders. Additionally, you will analyze market trends, contribute to the company’s growth strategies, and collaborate with executive leadership on communication initiatives. This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Investor Relations, including communication with stakeholders, investor meeting preparations, and shareholder engagement.
• Proficient in Financial Analysis and Reporting, with a strong understanding of market trends and metrics affecting company performance.
• Proven ability to carry out strategic planning and manage effective outreach campaigns for investors and analysts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience creating professional financial presentations and reports.
• Deep understanding of corporate strategy, financial operations, and capital market dynamics.
• CA or CFA or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or related advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in investor relations, financial communications, or a similar leadership role is highly desirable.
