Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Business Development to lead and manage our International Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving global partnerships, expanding market presence, and leading a team focused on acquiring international clients and strategic collaborations. This role requires strong leadership, global market understanding, and the ability to scale business development operations across multiple regions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead, mentor, and manage the International Business Development team to achieve global growth targets.
  • Develop and execute international market expansion strategies across key regions.
  • Identify and build strategic partnerships, B2B collaborations, and global alliances.
  • Drive new business opportunities with international clients, corporates, universities, and healthcare organizations.
  • Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Establish KPIs, targets, and performance metrics for the international BD team.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to align global growth strategies.
  • Represent the organization in international meetings, conferences, and partnerships discussions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with global stakeholders and partners.
  • Track pipeline, revenue targets, and business performance across international markets.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or international sales.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing global business development teams.
  • Strong network and understanding of international markets and B2B partnerships.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple markets and cross-cultural teams.
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, telehealth, or SaaS industries is a plus.
