Role Description The Head of Information Technology for Australia Opportunities will lead the design, implementation, and oversight of IT systems that support immigration consulting and visa processing operations. This full-time, on-site role based in Australia involves managing IT infrastructure, overseeing IT operations, and ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant technology environments across the organization. The role includes developing and executing IT strategy aligned with business goals, coordinating with leadership to support new service offerings, and optimizing systems to enhance client experience and internal workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising IT teams, managing vendors, monitoring system performance, implementing cybersecurity measures, and driving continuous improvements in technology platforms. The Head of IT will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data integrity, reporting, and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Information Technology, with experience overseeing enterprise-wide technology solutions and services.
• Proven IT Management and IT Operations experience, including leading IT teams, setting priorities, and managing service delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute IT Strategy that aligns technology investments with organizational goals.
• Hands-on expertise in Infrastructure planning, implementation, and maintenance, including networks, servers, and cloud environments.
• Experience in cybersecurity, data protection, and regulatory compliance relevant to immigration and professional services.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with executive leadership.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMI, cloud or security certifications) are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively with distributed teams and external technology vendors.
