Head of Information Technology Department

We are looking for a seasoned Head of IT & Infrastructure to lead and scale our technology landscape for a fast-growing organization. This is a critical role responsible for building robust systems, driving security, and enabling business growth through strong IT governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT Infrastructure & Cloud Operations (On-prem + Azure/AWS hybrid environments)
• Ensure 99.9% uptime and strong asset/inventory management systems
• Drive Identity & Access Management (SSO, MFA, Least Privilege access)
• Own Vulnerability & Threat Management, including patching and risk-based prioritization
• Implement Monitoring, Logging & Incident Response frameworks
• Establish strong Data Protection & Security controls (DLP, encryption, endpoint security)
• Build and lead a high-performing IT team
• Define and track IT metrics for leadership & board reporting
• Manage vendor risk, compliance, and audits

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in designing and scaling IT architecture for growing organizations
• Strong expertise in Hybrid Infrastructure (Cloud + On-prem)
• Hands-on knowledge of:
• MDM, EDR, SIEM, DLP
• Identity providers (SSO, MFA)
• Backup & disaster recovery frameworks
• Strong understanding of frameworks like:
• CIS Controls, ISO 27001, NIST, SOC2
• Ability to translate technical decisions into business impact
• Experience in team building and leadership
