We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Generalist to join our team in Thrissur. This role is ideal for someone who can independently manage HR functions across multiple regions and contribute to building a strong organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Handle employee relations and engagement initiatives
• Coordinate payroll, attendance, and leave management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Support performance management and training activities
• Act as a point of contact for multiple regional teams

Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR Generalist role
• Strong understanding of HR operations and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple regions and stakeholders efficiently
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
