Head of Finance

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on finance leader to drive financial planning, governance, business performance, and operational efficiency for a high-growth organization. This role will oversee financial strategy, reporting, compliance, investor engagement, and team leadership while partnering closely with senior leadership to support business growth and long-term scalability.

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance management
• Oversee financial reporting, accounting, compliance, and internal controls
• Drive cash flow management, treasury operations, and financial governance
• Support fundraising, investor engagement, and strategic finance initiatives
• Partner with business teams on pricing, expansion, and operational decision-making
• Lead financial modeling, business analysis, and strategic evaluations
• Build and mentor high-performing finance teams and processes
• Define and track financial KPIs, dashboards, and operational metrics
• Support M&A evaluations, due diligence, and partnership assessments
  

Must-Have:

• Master’s degree in Finance or professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, or equivalent
• 8+ years of experience in finance leadership, FP&A, controllership, or strategic finance roles
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning
• Solid understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting, and compliance frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into business insights
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing finance teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Good-to-Have:

• Experience in high-growth technology, SaaS, or digital-first organizations
• Exposure to fundraising, investor relations, or M&A activities
• Experience working in fast-paced or scaling business environments
