We're hiring: Head of Finance @ Culture Circle

India's largest authenticated luxury & streetwear resale marketplace. ₹22Cr+ monthly GMV and scaling hard toward ₹1,000Cr GMV in FY27.

We don't need a finance lead who'll build pretty decks. We need an operator who's seen the chaos of a two-sided marketplace from the inside. Sellers, buyers, take rates, working capital cycles, GST nightmares, unit economics that shift every cohort.

What you'll own:

• The full P&L. Cash, burn, runway, every rupee in and out
• Marketplace unit economics including contribution margin per order, seller payout cycles, buyer LTV, category-level profitability
• Capital strategy across fundraise readiness, investor reporting, debt instruments, treasury
• GST and indirect tax structuring for a resale model (this is non-trivial. Margin scheme, intermediary structures, the works)
• MIS, FP&A, and a finance org that scales from where we are to 5x in 18 months
• Partnering with the founder on every meaningful business decision

You should apply only if:

• You're a Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience
• You've done finance at a two-sided marketplace at scale. Meesho, Udaan, Zomato, Swiggy, Urban Company, OLX, NoBroker, that league. Single-sided D2C or SaaS finance experience won't work here. The mechanics are different and we don't have time to teach them.
• You've lived through hypergrowth, ₹100Cr to ₹1,000Cr GMV territory
• You can model a marketplace from first principles, not from a template
• You're equally comfortable in a board room and a Slack thread at 1am
• You have strong opinions on cash burn and stronger ones on what's worth burning for
