The company also collaborates closely with chiller OEMs to provide tailored solutions for various industrial needs.

This is an on-site, full-time position based in Pune Division. The Head of Finance will oversee financial strategies and ensure comprehensive financial management for the company. Daily responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing budgets, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial insights. The role involves working closely with teams to drive financial performance and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data and informing decision-making
• Expertise in Finance and Budgeting
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Professional qualifications like CA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent, preferred
• Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is an advantage
