CareerBloc is looking for a full-time Head of Engineering to lead its technical team and oversee all engineering operations. This on-site role, based in Mumbai, involves managing a dynamic team of engineers, setting technical goals, driving project timelines, and ensuring the implementation of high-quality software solutions. The Head of Engineering will collaborate across departments to deliver scalable and innovative projects that align with the company’s objectives, while continuously refining processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

• Proven expertise in Team Management, Team Leadership, and Engineering Management
• Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivering projects on time
• Extensive experience in Software Development and technical problem-solving
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work across cross-functional teams
• In-depth knowledge of modern engineering tools, practices, and emerging technologies
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in a leadership role within a tech-driven organization is a plus
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
