Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Marketing / Marketing Head to lead the company’s end-to-end marketing strategy with a strong focus on B2B IT services, demand generation, brand positioning, and revenue alignment.


Key Responsibilities

πŸ”Ή Marketing Strategy & Demand Generation

  • Lead inbound and outbound marketing strategies for B2B IT services
  • Own SEO, content marketing, website management, and organic lead generation
  • Plan and execute ABM, LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, and paid media
  • Drive technical SEO and demand generation initiatives

πŸ”Ή Campaign & Program Management

  • Manage multiple client-facing marketing services projects
  • Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and ROI
  • Track, analyze, and report marketing KPIs with actionable insights

πŸ”Ή Branding & Employer Branding

  • Drive employer branding and talent marketing initiatives
  • Oversee social media, PR, thought leadership, and events
  • Strengthen brand visibility, recall, and market presence

πŸ”Ή Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with sales, delivery, and leadership teams to support revenue growth
  • Enable channel partner marketing and GTM initiatives

πŸ”Ή Leadership & Budget Ownership

  • Mentor and guide the internal marketing team
  • Manage marketing budgets, vendors, and agency relationships
  • Ensure ROI on all marketing investments


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Lead Generation: CPL, lead volume vs targets
  • Sales Enablement: Lead-to-visit & conversion ratios
  • Brand Visibility: Brand recall & digital reach
  • Campaign ROI: ROI per campaign/project
  • Channel Partner Enablement: Activation & engagement
  • Launch Success: Project launch lead targets
  • Budget Control: Spend within Β±5% of approved budget
  • Compliance: Zero regulatory or legal violations


Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B IT services marketing
  • Strong expertise in inbound and outbound marketing execution
  • Proven experience managing client marketing services projects
  • Solid background in employer branding and talent marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, CMS
  • Excellent leadership, collaboration, and program management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
Preferred Expertise
  • Technology & IT consulting marketing strategy
  • Performance marketing (CPL & CAC optimization)
  • Brand positioning & premium narrative building
  • Channel partner & site marketing programs
  • Marketing analytics, dashboards, MIS & ROI tracking
