Head of Design

We are hiring a full-time Head of Design to lead and oversee design projects at SLS Designs India. This on-site role, based in Gurgaon, involves managing design teams, conceptualizing functional and aesthetic design solutions, and overseeing design execution to ensure alignment with client goals. Responsibilities include collaborating closely with clients, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring all projects are delivered on schedule while maintaining the highest quality standards.

• Strong expertise in Design Management and Interior Design
• Proficiency in Visual Design and Product Design
• Experience and skills in Branding and related aesthetic development
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of modern office and commercial design trends, with experience in delivering high-performance workspaces
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Prior experience in corporate or commercial interior design is highly desirable
