The Head of Department Management will oversee academic, administrative, and operational activities to ensure successful departmental outcomes. Responsibilities include curriculum planning, faculty development, student mentorship, and spearheading new academic initiatives. Collaborating with other departments, maintaining quality standards, and driving research and innovation will also be key aspects of the role. This is a full-time, on-site position located at Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar.

• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills
• Expertise in curriculum development, faculty mentorship, and student guidance
• Proven ability in research, academic coordination, and implementing institutional goals
• Effective communication, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Experience with accreditation processes and quality assurance practices
• Postgraduate degree in Management or a related field; Ph.D. preferred
• Proficiency in leveraging technology in academia for innovative teaching methods
• Prior experience in academic leadership roles is highly desirable
