We specialize in Digital Payments operating as Technology Service Provider to Regulated entities and providing Payment Platform to Industry – empowered by payment processing engine, Financial Super app, Risk Intelligence engine and digital merchant solution.

While we drive 3% of global digital transaction volume for over 100+ clients, we aim to increase our market share by 5X in next five years through innovation and industry first initiatives.

What will you do

The Security Leader will be responsible for security governance, regulatory compliance (RBI, NPCI), application security, cloud security, SOC operations, vulnerability management, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and overall cyber resilience. This role requires strong regulatory expertise, technical depth, leadership capability, and CXO-level stakeholder engagement.

Job Responsibilities

1. Security Strategy & Governance

• Define and implement enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Establish security governance framework in line with:
• Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Cyber Security Framework
• National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) cyber mandates
• PCI DSS
• ISO/IEC 27001
• Present risk posture and cyber maturity updates to Board and senior leadership.

2. Security Operations & Monitoring

• Oversee Managed SOC operations including SIEM, EDR, log monitoring, threat intelligence, and incident response.
• Ensure 24x7 detection and response capability.
• Lead incident management, breach response, and regulatory reporting.

3. Application & Cloud Security

• Drive secure SDLC and DevSecOps practices.
• Oversee application security testing (SAST, DAST, VAPT).
• Implement cloud security governance across cloud environments.
• Establish cloud security posture management.

4. Vulnerability & Risk Management

• Lead enterprise vulnerability management program.
• Ensure timely remediation of critical vulnerabilities.
• Conduct risk assessments and third-party risk evaluations.
• Maintain risk register and treatment plans.

5. Regulatory & Compliance

• Ensure ongoing compliance with:
• RBI IT & Cyber Security guidelines
• NPCI circulars & audit requirements
• PCI DSS certification
• ISO 27001 ISMS implementation & surveillance audits
• Coordinate regulatory audits and external assessments.
• Ensure forensic readiness and evidence preservation protocols.

6. Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and mentor internal security team (SOC, GRC, AppSec, Cloud).
• Collaborate with CTO, COO and CPO.
• Conduct client CISO meetings and leadership connects.
• Represent organization during customer security assessments and RFP discussions.

7. Policy, Awareness & Culture

• Develop security policies, SOPs, playbooks and awareness programs.
• Drive security awareness across organization.
• Build a security-first culture.

What are we looking for:

• 18+ years in Information Security with 5+ years in leadership role.
• Strong experience in BFSI / fintech / regulated industry.
• Deep knowledge of RBI & NPCI compliance frameworks.
• Hands-on exposure to SOC, AppSec, Cloud Security, and GRC.
• Experience managing audits and regulatory inspections.
• Ability to inspire teams, drive culture, and create scalable engineering processes.
• Analytical thinking, strong judgment, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial skills, ability to observe, innovate, and own your work.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills.

Education Qualification- B.Tech/B.E. - Electronics/Telecommunication, Computers, MCA - Computers, M.Tech - Computers

Experience - Total Experience: 18 to 20 years,

Industry - IT/Software/BFSI/ Banking /Fintech

Work arrangement – 5 days work from office.

Location – Noida/Bangalore/ Mumbai
