Role Description

We are seeking a Head of CRM Sales to lead and optimize customer relationship management initiatives. The candidate will oversee CRM sales strategies, segment market opportunities, improve customer retention, and enhance customer experience. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing customer data to make informed decisions, and managing a high-performing team to achieve sales targets.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in Customer Retention and enhancing Customer Experience to build long-term customer relationships
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and drive strategy and decision-making
  • Proven ability in Team Management to inspire and lead a high-performing sales team
  • Experience in Market Segmentation and identifying opportunities for growth in customer bases
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and tools (experience with AI-powered tools is a plus)
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
  • Previous experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in technology or SaaS industries
