Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Head of Creative to lead our creative strategy, visual storytelling, and innovation initiatives. The role is responsible for developing high-impact visual concepts and driving creative excellence across images, animations, and video reels. The candidate should combine strong artistic direction with trend awareness and execution capability across digital formats.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership
- Lead and manage the creative team including designers, editors, and content creators
- Define and drive the visual identity and creative direction of the brand
- Ensure consistency in brand storytelling across all platforms
- Approve and guide final creative outputs before release
Visualization & Concept Development
- Convert ideas and briefs into strong visual concepts and campaigns
- Develop mood boards, visual themes, and creative frameworks
- Lead innovative visualization strategies for product, brand, and campaign content
- Introduce fresh and trend-driven creative formats
Images & Graphic Content
- Oversee creation of high-quality static creatives and digital graphics
- Guide product visualization, campaign banners, and brand creatives
- Ensure visual quality and originality
Animation & Motion -
- Direct animation and motion graphic projects
- Guide storyboard creation and animation style selection
- Review motion outputs for storytelling impact and quality
Video & Reel Strategy
- Lead concept and execution of video content and social media reels
- Guide scripting, visual flow, and creative hooks
- Ensure content is platform-optimized (Instagram, YouTube, ads, etc.)
- Innovate short-form video storytelling formats
Innovation & Trend Adoption
- Stay updated with design, video, animation, and social media trends
- Introduce new creative tools, formats, and techniques
- Experiment with new-age visual content styles
- Drive creative experimentation and innovation culture
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in visual storytelling and brand visualization
- Deep knowledge of images, animation, and video reel formats
- Strong creative direction and conceptual thinking
- Understanding of social media visual trends
- Knowledge of creative tools (Adobe Suite, motion tools, video tools, AI creative tools)
- Excellent leadership and team mentoring ability
- Strong aesthetic sense and detail orientation
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Preferred Tools Knowledge
Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro Motion graphics & animation software Video editing tools AI-based creative tools (preferred) Storyboarding & visualization tools
