Head of Collections

We are looking for a high-energy, execution-driven Head – Collections to lead our end-to-end recoveries function with a strong focus on hard bucket collections and NPA resolution. This role calls for a leader who blends deep collections expertise with Tech & AI-enabled strategies to deliver measurable recovery outcomes.

🔹 What You’ll Own

• Drive overall collections & recoveries strategy with clear, tangible recovery targets

• Lead hard bucket and high-risk portfolio collections with strong field execution

• Improve collection efficiency through segmentation, analytics, and performance governance

• Deliver region-wise recovery improvement plans and cost-efficient collection models

🔹 Technology-Led Collections

• Scale AI and digital-first collection strategies

• Drive AI voice bot and automated outreach programs (proven success models preferred)

• Add technology muscle to physical collections efforts

• Use analytics, automation, and digital tools to improve reach, prioritization & outcomes

🔹 Operations & Governance

• Standardize collections processes, MIS, and last-mile execution frameworks

• Oversee agency performance, audits, delinquency trends & bounce metrics

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal audit requirements

• Strengthen controls across systems, notices, portals & recovery workflows

🔹 Legal & Recovery Channels

• Leverage legal, arbitration, and Lok Adalat routes for accelerated recoveries

• Manage and optimize collection agencies and legal partners

• Drive structured escalations for chronic delinquent accounts

• Track record of delivering real recovery impact and numbers

• Sharp operator with strong field, agency & legal channel management
