This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Business Development, based in Gurugram. The role involves developing and executing business strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and building strong client relationships. The individual will oversee account management activities, lead sales efforts, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet revenue and expansion goals.

• Expertise in Business Planning and Business Development, with a track record of identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends, performance data, and strategic planning
• Proficient in Sales and Account Management with the ability to nurture client relationships and drive revenue growth
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to direct teams and foster collaboration
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus)
• Proven experience in a business development or similar leadership role
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with technology-driven solutions and industry-specific insights, especially in healthcare and data-focused sectors, is an advantage
