Job Description

A fast-growing company in the B2B technology and services sector seeking a senior marketing leader sourced from an agency background. The role sits at the intersection of brand building and demand-generation: defining a differentiated brand narrative and translating it into high-impact, measurable integrated campaigns. This on-site leadership role will partner closely with product, sales, and customer success to raise brand equity and drive pipeline.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and own the brand strategy and positioning across markets; translate into clear narrative, visual identity, and messaging frameworks.
  • Design, plan and execute integrated brand and performance campaigns across digital, experiential, content, PR and paid channels to drive awareness and pipeline.
  • Manage creative and media partners—brief agencies, oversee concepting and production, and ensure delivery against brand standards and ROI targets.
  • Set campaign KPIs, implement measurement frameworks, and optimise spend using data-driven insights to maximise reach, engagement and conversion.
  • Lead, mentor and scale a high-performing brand & campaign team; establish processes for planning, creative review, and cross-functional execution.
  • Own campaign budgets and vendor relationships; ensure governance for timelines, quality, and cost efficiency.
