Role Objective


To lead and manage the coffee and non-alcoholic beverage program at The Spirited Spot by delivering premium beverage experiences, maintaining quality standards, driving innovation, and creating memorable guest interactions.


The role involves managing specialty coffee, artisanal teas, mocktails, coolers, wellness beverages, shakes, signature non-alcoholic creations, and café operations while ensuring consistency, creativity, and operational excellence.


Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)



1. Coffee & Beverage Excellence


Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages with consistency and precision
  • Curate and execute innovative non-alcoholic beverages including mocktails, coolers, teas, shakes, wellness drinks, and signature creations
  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and beverage quality
  • Develop seasonal beverage menus and signature offerings
  • Maintain beverage recipes and SOP compliance

2. Guest Experience & Hospitality


Responsibilities

  • Deliver warm, engaging, and personalized guest interactions
  • Recommend beverages based on guest preferences and occasions
  • Build memorable café and beverage experiences
  • Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally
  • Maintain strong floor presence and hospitality standards

3. Beverage Innovation & Menu Development


Responsibilities

  • Create unique and trend-forward beverage concepts aligned with TSS culture
  • Introduce seasonal and experiential beverage menus
  • Experiment with flavors, syrups, infusions, garnishes, and presentation styles
  • Stay updated with coffee and global non-alcoholic beverage trends
  • Collaborate with marketing teams during launches and activations

4. Beverage Operations Management

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily coffee and beverage station operations
  • Ensure proper setup and closing procedures
  • Monitor inventory and stock levels for coffee and beverage ingredients
  • Coordinate equipment maintenance and hygiene standards
  • Ensure smooth execution during peak service hours

  • Beverage station cleanliness scores

5. Team Leadership & Training

Responsibilities

  • Train and mentor baristas and beverage team members
  • Conduct beverage tastings and skill development sessions
  • Ensure SOP and hospitality compliance across the team
  • Maintain grooming, discipline, and professional standards
  • Encourage creativity and continuous learning

6. Sales & Revenue Contribution

Responsibilities

  • Promote specialty beverages and signature non-alcoholic offerings
  • Drive upselling of premium coffee and mocktail experiences
  • Contribute to beverage revenue growth
  • Support beverage activations, collaborations, and promotional campaigns
  • Build repeat café and beverage business

7. Hygiene, Safety & Compliance

Responsibilities


  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards across beverage stations
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients and dairy products
  • Follow food safety and operational SOPs
  • Maintain grooming and presentation standards
  • Ensure equipment safety and maintenance compliance

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, mocktails, and non-alcoholic beverage preparation
  • Passion for hospitality, beverage innovation, and guest engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in high-energy hospitality environments
  • Strong creativity in beverage presentation and flavor combinations
  • Leadership and team management capabilities
  • Positive personality with strong customer interaction skills
  • Prior experience in premium cafés, beverage bars, restaurants, or hospitality brands preferred







Preferred Qualifications

  • Barista certification or hospitality-related education preferred
  • 2–5 years of relevant café or beverage operations experience
  • Experience in specialty coffee or premium beverage concepts preferred
