Role Overview

The Head – AI Content & Innovation will lead the strategic integration of Artificial Intelligence across content creation, distribution, audience engagement, and monetisation. This role combines cuttingedge technology to drive scalable innovation while preserving creative integrity and cultural relevance across Indian audiences.

Key Responsibilities

AI Content Strategy

• Define and execute an AI-led content roadmap across Broadcast, OTT, Digital, and Social platforms
• Identify high-impact AI use cases across ideation, scripting, localisation, discovery, and archives

Content Creation & Workflow Innovation

• Deploy AI tools for research, scripting support, highlights, clips, subtitling, dubbing, and regional scaling
• Enable creators and editorial teams to adopt AI as a creativity and productivity multiplier

Audience Intelligence & Personalisation

• Leverage AI/ML to inform programming, content recommendations, and platform personalisation
• Drive measurable improvements in engagement, retention, and consumption

Innovation & Emerging Tech

• Pilot new formats such as AI-assisted storytelling, interactive content, and synthetic media (where appropriate)
• Partner with AI startups, platforms, and technology providers

Crossfunctional Leadership

• Work closely with Content, Digital Product, Tech, Data, Legal, and Business teams
• Build internal AI capability through training and change management
