Imp Note: Are you available for a F2F Interview on 8th November (Saturday) _Pune Qualifications: - We are looking for a Sr. & Lead Full Stack Engineer (TypeScript, ReactJS, GraphQL & PostgreSQL) with 5+ Yrs experience in our Commerce Product team who possess the following skills: ? 5+ years of hands-on experience, with significant expertise in the TypeScript, Node.js, and modern GraphQL ecosystems. ? GraphQL & API Expertise: Direct experience with GraphQL Federation (Apollo Federation or a similar spec) and implementing federated gateways (GraphQL Hive Gateway, Apollo Gateway). ? Deep, hands-on experience with database-first GraphQL tools like PostGraphile. ? Proficiency with GraphQL schema management and registry tools like GraphQL Hive. ? Frontend Expertise: ? Strong knowledge of React and its modern ecosystem (Hooks, Context, State Management). ? Proficiency with modern frontend build tools, specifically Vite. ? Knowledge of front-end optimization techniques (e.g., lazy loading, code splitting) to enhance user experience. ? Database Skills: Strong proficiency with PostgreSQL, with demonstrated experience in relational data modelling, advanced schema design, query optimization, and writing database functions. ? TypeScript Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript, including its type system, tsconfig configuration, and application across both front-end and back-end contexts. ? Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and containerization. Knowledge of Docker and container implementations. ? Version Control: Proficient with code versioning tools, such as Git. Perform code reviews on PRs and resolve merge conflicts. ? Preferred Qualifications: ? Experience with UI component development and documentation tools like Storybook. ? Familiarity with the Next.js framework and its concepts (SSR, SSG). ? Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure Pipelines, etc.). ? Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile practices, such as Scrum or Kanban. ? Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and time-management skills. ? Education: Bachelor?s degree in computer science or a relevant field. Responsibilities: - ? Full Stack TypeScript Development: Design, develop, and implement robust applications using TypeScript across the entire stack, from Node.js-based GraphQL services to the React/Vite frontend. ? GraphQL API & Schema Management: Architect, extend, and maintain our federated GraphQL API. Implement and manage the federated gateway using tools like GraphQL Hive Gateway or Apollo Gateway. Leverage PostGraphile to create subgraphs from our database schemas and manage the overall composed schema with GraphQL Hive. ? Data Modeling and Database Design: Participate in the data modeling process and design of PostgreSQL schemas, functions, and permissions. Ensure the database architecture serves as a stable and performant foundation for our PostGraphile layer. ? Modern Frontend Development: Build, test, and deploy high-performance, accessible, and responsive user interfaces using React and the Vite toolchain. ? Integration Testing: Write integration tests across the front-end applications, GraphQL API, and database interactions, utilizing frameworks like Playwright or Cypress. ? Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team to design and launch new features in a fast-paced, agile environment. ? Code Integrity & Type Safety: Champion end-to-end type safety from the database schema to the React components. Maintain code quality and organization through rigorous code reviews and mentorship. ? Security and Data Protection: Implement GraphQL security best practices and safeguard data at the database, API, and client levels. ? Performance Optimization and Automation: Conduct performance tuning on the GraphQL API and frontend, improve system balance, enhance usability, and automate processes.
