Organization- Hyatt Regency Kochi
Summary
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Pool Attendant is responsible to conduct cleaning duties in the assigned Place of Work, and provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service to our customers.
Qualifications
Ideally with a relevant diploma or professional certification in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
