Role Title – Guidewire Developer, Testing & Business Analyst

Level / Designation – Senior Associate

Shift Timing – 2 PM to 11 PM

GuideWire - Developer - Open roles- 6

Guidewire Policy Center Configuration developer with 5+ years of experience who can independently handle PolicyCenter. Knowledge in insurance domain\ GW centers Must have a good understanding of configuration, build & develop Guidewire components using GOSU, Wizards, PCF, Data Model, Workflow, Activities, Rules, Product Designer etc Familiar with Policy center concepts - Policy Creation, LOB specific development, Quote, Underwriting etc. Ability to interpret statements\ data issues Familiar with Admin data setup GW Certification (Guidewire Certified Associate) is a must

GuideWire - Developer - Open roles- 3

Hands on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter Rating * Good to have knowledge and handson in Policy center configuration. * Strong knowledge in Guidewire platform (Gosu scripting / UI / Data Model) * Experience on any database Oracle / SQL Server and well versed in SQL * Exposure to SCM tool such as GIT, TFS, SVN, etc * Good knowledge of any servers / containers such as Tomcat / JBoss / Websphere * Good written and oral communication * Excellent analytical skill * Experience in Agile SCRUM or SAFe methodology * Insurance domain knowledge * Sound knowledge in software architecture and design patterns * Must have estimation, team leading, code review and mentoring skills * At least two Guidewire implementations * Good estimation skills * Good to have skills: SBT Rating experience

Guidewire Testing - Open role - 1

PFB the required JD:

• Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter (mandatory)

• Strong understanding of P&C Insurance domain

• Experience in testing Guidewire configurations (product model, rules, rating)

• Knowledge of policy lifecycle processes

• Proficiency in test design techniques and defect management

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or simila

GW PC Config QA

Business Analyst - Open roles- 3

* Good understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance domain and work

*Must have experience in GW Integration BA

* Must have very good knowledge in Personal or Commercial Lines of business to a particular geography / multiple geographies

* Must have exposure in Guidewire Product Full Suite or CC/PC/BC, experience on Standard Base Templates of Guidewire product will be an added advantage

* Should possess good amount of experience in Analysis, Requirement gathering, Elicitation and Testing

* Good experience in developing high impact presentations for internal and external customers.

* Ability to conduct walkthroughs, workshops and meetings involving various business stakeholders.

* Ability to build and maintain client relationships, able to comfortably converse with all facets in the client’s organization.

* Excellent solution evaluation skills. Drive technology solutions from a holistic and business value perspective.

* Exposure/Experience in Agile SCRUM or SAFe methodology

Guidewire PC Integ BA

Business Analyst - Open roles -2

Forms SmartComm BA - 1; SmartCOMM Forms BA – P&C Insurance Gather and document requirements for policy forms including Declarations, ISO , endorsements forms, Proprietary , endorsements forms. Configure SmartCOMM forms variable templates with dynamic logic based on Line of Business, coverage selections, state rules, and underwriting decisions. Define and maintain data mapping between PolicyCenter and SmartCOMM for accurate document generation. Manage ACORD and ISO forms inventory including edition control and state variations. Maintain requirements traceability in tools like JIRA/Azure DevOps and support impact analysis for form updates. Support SIT/UAT by validating form selection logic, Variable mappings. ----------PC Rating Forms BA - 1; Form Rating BA – P&C Insurance Analyze rating outputs displayed on PolicyCenter quote/policy screens for form display purposes. Define requirements to surface premium details on Rating worksheet, Declarations and coverage summary forms. Ensure accurate display of base premium, coverage-level premium, total premium, discounts, and endorsement premium changes. Document data mapping between PolicyCenter rating fields and SmartCOMM templates. Support testing to validate premium values on forms match PolicyCenter outputs across lifecycle events (Quote, Bind, Issue, Endorse, Renew). Perform impact analysis when rate changes affect premium display on forms.
