Job Title: Guest Relations Executive / Front Office Executive

Qualification: B.Sc. in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive / Front Office Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Guest Services or Front Office operations at a reputed star hotel and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests professionally and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
  • Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
  • Handle guest complaints effectively and escalate issues when required.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and reservations using hotel management systems.
  • Ensure the front office area is well-maintained and operates efficiently.
  • Follow hotel policies, SOPs, and service standards at all times.
  • Build positive relationships with guests and provide personalized assistance whenever possible.
Required Qualifications
  • B.Sc. in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Guest Services or Front Office operations.
  • Experience must be from a reputed 4-star or 5-star hotel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel PMS software (such as Opera or similar systems) is preferred.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
Preferred Background
  • Candidates with experience in reputed hospitality brands such as Marriott, Taj, Hyatt, Hilton, ITC, Oberoi, Leela, Accor, Radisson, IHG, Novotel, or equivalent luxury or premium hotel chains will be preferred.
