💼 Experience: 1–3 years in 5-star hotels, luxury airlines, premium corporate desks, or luxury retail

📋Key Responsibilities

• VIP Relations: Act as the dedicated, high-visibility point of contact for VIPs, from conducting pre-arrival preference research to facilitating smooth check-ins and escorts.
• Experience Enhancement: Proactively anticipate unstated guest needs, orchestrate milestone celebrations, and coordinate premium transport/reservations.
• Service Recovery: Own and resolve live guest grievances on the floor by collaborating cross-functionally (Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance) for invisible, swift fixes.

🎯 What We Need

• Experience: 1–3 years of front-of-house experience in luxury hospitality, premium retail galleries, or aviation (cabin crew/ground staff).
• Communication: Flawless English vocabulary, clear diction, and the confidence to engage with global diplomats and executives.
