Guest Relations Coordinator, Executive

The Guest Relations Executive / Host is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experience on the gaming floor by welcoming guests, assisting with their requirements, managing guest relationship. The role also focuses on building rapport with guests, encouraging repeat visits.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests to the casino in a professional and courteous manner.

Assist guests with inquiries regarding gaming activities, facilities, promotions, and services.

Ensure guests feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit.

Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly and escalate when necessary.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Hospitality Management
• Diploma in Hospitality or Customer Service is an advantage.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, casinos, hotels, or guest relations preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and hospitality orientation may also be considered.
