Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in North Goa for a Guest Experience Associate. The Guest Experience Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing guest inquiries, assisting with maintainence, and ensuring a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out. Daily tasks involve handling reception duties, coordinating with internal teams, and addressing guest requests and concerns with professionalism and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with guests and address their needs
• Experience in Guest Experience management and Receptionist Duties
• Proficiency in handling Reservations and managing booking systems
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field is advantageous
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus
• Knowledge of riding a bike and having a valid license is a must.
