xPay is a Y Combinator backed international payments company trusted by enterprises across India and Southeast Asia, including public companies and several consumer brands you likely use every day.
These businesses are increasingly moving their international volumes from billion dollar companies to xPay as we expand our footprint across 180+ countries and support 25+ currencies. Since January, we have grown 73× and now process over 1 million transactions every month.
While we have begun with inward remittances, our mission ultimately is to disrupt every cross border payment thread in a market that moves more than $200 trillion annually.
The Role
You will own go to market partnerships that unlock high intent distribution for xPay. This role is focused on forging, building, and scaling partnerships with platforms that aggregate global sellers and SMBs, such as freelancing platforms, creator platforms, marketplaces, and SaaS ecosystems.
You will act as both a seller and a builder. You will sell xPay’s value to partner platforms while also deeply understanding product, user flows, and incentives to create scalable, repeatable partnership motions. This role works closely with founders and cross functional teams and will define how xPay reaches its next wave of customers.
Eligibility
You will be part of the founding team, shaping a critical distribution function at a company solving a real problem for Indian businesses earning globally. Your work will directly influence customer acquisition, revenue growth, and xPay’s expansion into new segments and markets.

Eligibility
- 4-6 Years of Experience
- Background in Partnerships/sales at a product company
- Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate
- Identify and prioritize high leverage GTM partnership opportunities across platforms and ecosystems
- Forge and close partnerships with platforms that can drive consistent SMB and seller acquisition
- Own end to end partnership execution from sourcing and pitching to commercial alignment and launch
- Design win win value propositions that align partner incentives with xPay’s growth
- Work closely with product, engineering, and operations to build seamless partner integrations and workflows
- Create scalable processes, playbooks, and metrics to manage and grow GTM partnerships over time
- Drive joint GTM initiatives including co marketing, in product placements, and platform led distribution
- Continuously evaluate performance and iterate on partnership strategy to maximize impact
