GTM Engineering (n8n, Clay)

Amply ensures store operations excellence for retail/restaurant chains - by automating their daily tasks, audits, VM executions, communications, KPI reporting, more!

To accelerate our growth, we're looking for a creative GTM Engineer to help us automate our sales workflows, and expand our existing plays. You’ll revamp the entire outbound process - from cold outreach to closing deals - with the freedom to experiment and the support of an exceptional core engineering team.

What You'll Build (Responsibilities)

• Build end-to-end n8n workflows
• Write reliable scrapers via Selenium
• Push news and RSS feeds to pipeline
• Enrich companies & contacts via Apollo / Clay
• Wire up webhooks/alerts/slack notifications for key triggers
• Orchestrate GTM flows: create leads, route/assign, create tasks in outbound campaigns
• Own reliability & observability: logging, queues, rate-limit handling, error alerts, performance dashboards

What You'll Bring (Requirements)

• 1-2+ yrs in GTM/growth automation and outbound operations engineering.
• Strong n8n (webhooks, function nodes, credentials, error handling).
• Selenium/Playwright with JS/Python; solid HTML/DOM parsing.
• Apollo (or similar) + Clay; REST APIs; CSV/JSON hygiene.
• Integrations: HubSpot, Slack, Smartlead/HeyReach
• Data mindset: validation, dedupe, clear runbooks
