This is a full-time, on-site role located in Uttarakhand, India, for a General Service Assistant (GSA). The GSA will handle daily operations such as assisting with food service, customer engagement, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting staff in various tasks. The role involves ensuring a welcoming environment for guests, facilitating smooth service, and supporting a high standard of hospitality and customer satisfaction.

• Experience in food service and customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail
• Understanding of hospitality operations and guest-focused service
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Previous experience in cafés, restaurants, or hospitality is a bonus
