The Role This isn't just a sales or support role; it's a chance to be a key partner in our brand's growth. As an Associate Brand Manager, you will report directly to the Brand Manager and play a pivotal role in executing brand strategies that drive our primary objective: sales growth. You will support the Brand Manager in ensuring all brand efforts are precisely aligned with our business goals and sales targets. You will be actively involved in the entire client journey?from supporting lead generation and nurturing qualified leads to facilitating the client management process for clients. Your efforts will directly impact our brand's expansion, and you'll be responsible for executing strategies that support the sales team's performance. This role requires a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset and the ability to seamlessly integrate marketing and sales efforts to facilitate our brand's success. Key Responsibilities Growth Strategy & Implementation Support: Support the Brand Manager in developing and executing comprehensive marketing and brand strategies to drive brand awareness and generate a qualified lead pipeline. Sales & Client Management Support: Actively execute sales strategies and monitor performance, facilitate new business opportunities, and help manage relationships with key clients to achieve shared sales goals. Business Development & Partnership Support: Assist in identifying and initiating collaborations with key partners like interior designers and complementary brands to enhance visibility and create new business opportunities. What We're Looking For Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in a multi-faceted role encompassing Sales and managing client relationships, with exposure to business development. Track Record: A clear history of supporting successful activities that have driven brand awareness, relationship management and qualified lead management of a HNI clientele & design professionals. Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, a strong collaborative spirit, and a keen aesthetic sense. Proficiency with sales management tools and crm platforms is a must. Mindset: A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented professional with a passion for growth and a desire to learn. Experience in the advertising, creative product management, luxury design, artisanal furniture or premium lifestyle sectors is highly preferred. Why Join Esvee Atelier?
