Job Description
About Suganda Science-first D2C skincare brand. Sensitive skin specialists. Selling across Shopify, Amazon, Nykaa, and Myntra. Bootstrapped and growing.
The Role You run the execution engine. Founder sets direction. You make sure everything gets done daily, without fail.
What You Will Do
- Run team standups daily - morning agenda, evening output review
- Track GMV weekly across all platforms and flag deviations immediately
- Own Amazon and Meta agency relationships hold them accountable to revenue targets
- Ensure every initiative has an owner, deadline, and gets completed
- Follow up relentlessly with team, agencies
- One crisp daily update to founder- numbers and status only
- Liaise with Marketplace account managers
- Capture & initiate new growth opportunities
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years in a D2C or e-commerce brand in an execution role
- Knows TACOS, ROAS, GMV, Seller Central
- Has managed people or agencies and gotten output
- Finishes things. Always.
