About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist who can lead multi-channel marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions in the B2B SaaS space. This role involves social media marketing, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and community engagement—all focused on accelerating business growth.

Key Responsibilities
🚀 Social Media Growth & Engagement
- Develop and execute a B2B social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Plan and maintain a social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence across LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Craft high-impact content—including posts, carousels, videos, and engaging visuals—to capture audience attention.
- Analyze performance metrics, trends, and competitor insights to optimize content and campaigns.
🌍 Community & Slack Management
- Build and manage our Slack community, driving meaningful engagement and discussions.
- Develop community engagement strategies (polls, Q&A sessions, live AMAs, networking opportunities).
- Encourage active participation by moderating discussions, sharing exclusive content, and fostering peer-to-peer learning.
- Track and report on community growth, member activity, and engagement trends to refine the strategy.
🤝 Influencer & Thought Leadership Marketing
- Identify, onboard, and manage B2B influencers, thought leaders, and brand advocates to enhance brand credibility.
- Develop and execute collaborations with LinkedIn influencers, podcasters, and industry experts.
- Coordinate guest posts, podcast interviews, and co-marketing initiatives with influencers.
- Track influencer performance and analyze campaign impact to refine engagement strategies.
📈 Growth & Demand Generation
- Execute growth marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, user engagement, and acquisition.
- Implement viral marketing tactics, referral programs, and user-generated content campaigns.
- Use A/B testing, analytics, and retargeting strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Leverage SEO and content marketing to enhance inbound lead generation.
🤝 Affiliate & Partnership Marketing
- Develop and manage an affiliate marketing program to expand reach and drive customer acquisition.
- Recruit, onboard, and nurture affiliate partners, resellers, and referral partners.
- Create affiliate marketing materials (banners, email templates, product guides) to help partners succeed.
- Track, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance metrics to improve ROI.
- Experiment with new commission structures, incentive programs, and strategic partnerships to boost affiliate success.
✍️ Content & Campaign Execution
- Collaborate with content and design teams to develop high-impact marketing materials (landing pages, email sequences, ad creatives).
- Craft engaging micro-content for LinkedIn, Twitter, and Slack to boost engagement and brand recall.
- Repurpose high-performing content across multiple formats and platforms.
Who You Are
🔹 Experience: 0-3 years in B2B growth marketing, social media marketing, influencer marketing, and affiliate marketing.
🔹 Community-Focused: Passionate about building and managing online communities that drive brand loyalty.
🔹 Affiliate & Partner Marketing Knowledge: Experience in managing affiliate programs and partnerships to drive sales.
🔹 Content & Copywriting Skills: Ability to craft compelling marketing content for various channels.
🔹 Data-Driven: Comfortable with analytics, performance tracking, and campaign optimization.
🔹 Tech-Savvy: Hands-on experience with Slack, LinkedIn, Twitter, social media automation tools, CRM, and marketing analytics tools.
🔹 Creative & Experimental: Excited to test new growth strategies and optimize performance.
🔹 Self-Starter: Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
