Job Description

Cookd is looking for a D2C Growth Manager to own and scale our direct-to-consumer business on shop.cookdtv.com.

This is a high-ownership role responsible for net revenue, gross margin, and building a predictable monthly growth engine with healthy unit economics.

This role sits at the intersection of data, performance marketing, and creative execution.


Role Mandate

  • Own D2C net revenue & gross margin
  • Build a repeatable, predictable monthly growth engine
  • Scale D2C to ₹2 Cr+ monthly run-rate in 2026 with healthy unit economics
  • Reduce revenue volatility through hero SKUs and always-on growth structures


Key Responsibilities


Performance Marketing & Growth

  • Own Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) end-to-end
  • Own and optimize CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV, Contribution Margin

Plan and execute full-funnel growth:

  • Acquisition
  • Conversion optimization
  • Retargeting
  • Repeat purchases


Funnel, SKU & Cohort Ownership

  • Identify and scale D2C hero SKUs
  • Build bundle architecture to improve AOV and margins
  • Expand cohorts:
  • Tamil Nadu core audience
  • Tamil diaspora
  • North Indian consumers for South Indian meal solutions


Creative & Testing

  • Own creative testing frameworks (angles, formats, hooks)
  • Work closely with content & design teams
  • Scale winning creatives while maintaining brand discipline
  • Build strong testing → learning → scaling loops
