What You?ll Own (Your Superpowers) Drive Marketing & Growth Strategy end-to-end (CAC, LTV, ROAS, Revenue). Shape Brand Communication & Positioning across all channels. Create killer content strategies for paid ads (hooks, angles, offers). Own Customer Retention via WhatsApp, Email, SMS Automation, subscriptions, and loyalty programs. Oversee ad creatives, branding visuals, and packaging design. Collaborate with media buyers, designers, and content creators. Launch high-impact campaigns, offers, and product releases. Be the guardian of brand love + business growth. ?? What We?re Looking For 3?6 years of experience in D2C / eCommerce growth & marketing. Proven success in scaling revenue via digital channels (Meta, Google, Influencers). Strong grasp of analytics & performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, CVR). A creative mind that can decide ad content + brand storytelling. Experience with Shopify, WhatsApp Automation, CRM tools is a plus. Leadership skills to manage media buyers, designers & agencies.
