Growth Manager

Shivansh Consultants is a growing visa and immigration consulting firm based in Ahmedabad. We're looking for a confident, results-driven Growth Manager to join our team and help clients navigate their immigration journey.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and social media
• Guide clients with accurate, up-to-date visa and immigration information
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable visa solutions
• Follow up consistently to convert leads into confirmed clients
• Maintain CRM records, client data, and daily performance reports
• Coordinate with the operations team post-conversion for smooth onboarding
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business

Qualifications

• 6 months – 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing
• Strong communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and/or English
• Confident, presentable, and positive attitude with a sales mindset
• Basic computer proficiency: MS Office, Excel, and email
• Willingness to learn about visa and immigration processes
• Ability to work independently and manage follow-ups proactively
