Growth Manager

We’re looking for a Growth Manager with 4+ years of experience in email marketing and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. The ideal candidate has a creative agency background, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of closing deals and onboarding clients.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities via email marketing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Prepare proposals and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Grow existing accounts and explore upselling/ cross-selling opportunities.
• Work closely with the founder and team to develop strategies that boost lead generation and client acquisition.
• Deliver sales pitches to clients and secure conversions

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in growth/business development with a focus on email marketing and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Prior experience in a creative agency.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A creative, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
