About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, hungry and resourceful growth-minded professional to join Bizex4u and help build new B2B relationships across brands, agencies and enterprise partners.

This is not a conventional sales role — it’s about opening doors, creating conversations and building partnership pipelines.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive B2B business development and identify new partnership opportunities
  • Build and execute cold outreach roadmaps across email, LinkedIn and calls
  • Run intelligent prospecting campaigns and create lead-generation funnels
  • Do cold calling and outbound relationship building with decision makers
  • Develop account-based outreach strategies for target brands and partners
  • Set up and attend meetings, pitches and partnership discussions
  • Travel across cities/states for meetings when required
  • Support end-to-end business development — from first outreach to deal closure
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene, follow-ups and CRM discipline
  • Bring fresh Gen Z-style growth thinking to traditional B2B sales


We’re Looking For Someone Who Is
  • Naturally strong at communication and persuasion
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound hustle
  • High ownership, self-driven and proactive
  • Open to travel and in-person meetings
  • Curious about sales, partnerships, media, branding or startups
  • Good with LinkedIn outreach, email sequencing and relationship mapping
  • Creative in opening doors, not just following scripts
  • Street smart, energetic and commercially sharp


Bonus If You Have
  • Experience in B2B sales / partnerships / lead generation
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools or outbound tools
  • Startup, agency or growth-hacking exposure
  • Interest in media, barter, marketing or brand solutions
